• Each member is permitted one (1) account only. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. mrgroup 44 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify the mrgroup 44 support team immediately through official channels.
• Incorrect or misleading account information may cause identity verification to fail, which in turn may delay or withhold your withdrawals.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction. There is no maximum limit for fully verified members.
• For anti-fraud security purposes, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the method used and the time the request is submitted.
• Bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is fully satisfied.
• Mrgroup 44 reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 in a single day as a security control measure.

05 Bonus & Promotions

Mrgroup 44 offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, daily rebates, and VIP offers. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member. Any attempt to claim a new bonus using the same identity, device, or payment information is strictly prohibited.
• All bonuses are subject to a rollover/wagering requirement as stated in their respective promotional terms. The standard wagering requirement ranges from 5× to 20×, depending on the promotion type.
• Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until wagering requirements have been met in full. Only net winnings generated using bonus funds may be withdrawn once the conditions are satisfied.

06 Game Rules

• The outcome of all Live Casino games and slots is determined randomly using a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) that is independently audited by a qualified third-party body.
• For Sports Betting, the official results used are those announced by the relevant sporting authority. mrgroup 44 is not liable for any delays or changes to results that occur after a bet has been settled.
• Should a technical disruption occur during a live casino session, any unresolved bets will be voided and the funds returned to your account balance. No additional compensation will be provided for disruptions caused by the provider's infrastructure.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except under circumstances specifically outlined in the relevant game rules.

07 Prohibited Member Conduct

10 Account Suspension & Closure

• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Voluntary self-exclusion requests submitted by members themselves for responsible gaming reasons.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (accounts with a positive balance will be notified in advance).

11 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
